Boilerhouse Gallery is an artist run cooperative based at Sandy Hill Studios – a growing complex of artist studios nestled in a small wooded valley under the buzzards of Ballard Down, looking out to the castle ruins, opposite Corfe Castle railway station in what was once the local milk depot. We have been here since 2002. We run workshops and special events with a wider range of art, craft, pop-up food and live music.
We are: Jayne Cunliffe – ceramics, Jane Colquhoun – embroidery and ceramics, Rachel Huggett – sculpture, Richard Jeffery – photography and ceramics, Tony Kerins – painting and illustration, Janet O’Kane – ceramics, Frances Pollard – ceramics and assemblage, Julie Winsor – paintings, sculpture and jewellery and Trez Moretti – Lino Prints.
