PAW Festival Members Sketching Programme 2020

The PAW sketching group is currently meeting with up to 6 people as per Government guidelines, but this could change as the guidelines change. If you’re interested in taking part please contact Penny Barker by email david_pennybarker@hotmail.com

The meetings last about three hours on a Tuesday morning in a variety of locations chosen for the different sketching opportunities they offer. We are so lucky in having such an exciting range of places to draw in Purbeck. Artists work in a variety of media: drawing, sketching and painting – even collage!

We don’t meet in August, because several of us have family to stay, or childminding responsibilities.

  • To participate in these sessions, you must either be a member of the Isle of Purbeck Arts Club or a current member of PAW to be covered by our insurance
  • At the moment according to the government up to six people can meet outside at two meters apart
  • Penny will email all the people on her list on the Friday beforehand each week, and the first five people to email me back will have a place for that week
  • Obviously, this is all subject to change, as government restrictions may change
  • Please bring your own refreshments and something to sit on
