Artist’s Statement:

“For the last 15 years I’ve immersed myself in the joy and creative potential of the wonderful medium of glass. I make traditional stained glass windows and Kiln formed ‘fused’ glass art.
With fused glass, I adore the alchemy of some colours whereby the firing process causes them to become more vibrant or even totally change, opening the kiln after firing is a surprise every time and I love this creative element I have little control over.
Stained glass on the other hand is a more structured process but just as creative. The joy of taking my clients’ ideas and inspirations for their commissions and turning them into a truly unique piece of art, or a window, is really wonderful and a privilege to be part of.
