Robin has been working in silver for over 25 years starting with evening classes at South Hill Park in Berkshire and then moving to Reading College under Janet Richardson.

He was been much involved with the Purbeck Art Weeks Festival and now helps run Purbeck Artists and Stallholders (PASH) held at Worth Matravers Village Hall for 5 weeks each Summer and for a week just before Christmas. He demonstrates during PAW at the Purbeck Makers Market (PMM) held at the Burngate Stone Carving Centre during PAW, and also at Easter and in October each year.

Robin works mainly in sterling silver employing simple, yet strong, design lines accentuating the liquid qualities of silver and its reflectivity. He employs a range of forging techniques in his work as well as a number of surface texturing processes.
