Artist’s Statement:

“Glenn was at an early age inspired to paint by his Father, himself an accomplished artist. Encouraged and guided by him Glenn began painting.
At senior school Glenn studied A level Art with the intention of going to Art College but circumstances led him to study and practice Law instead, enjoying painting as a pastime. When Glenn retired he decided to follow his dream of enjoying the freedom of expression in the creation of Art full time.
Glenn uses a variety of media but primarily watercolour and acrylics. Whilst he enjoys painting landscapes, especially those in Dorset, other subjects often include animals and still life.
Glenn describes his style as one of modernistic realism, whilst capturing the heart and soul of the artist himself.
