not exhibiting this year

Since the early 1960s I have been dabbling in stop-motion animation – first 8mm, then 16mm and now digital. I have produced the introductory animations for the daily programmes at the REX since 2007. Using the traditional technique of stop motion animation, and puppets representing caricatures of the REX staff. The animations are parodies of notable films, either based on famous opening sequences or iconic scenes. Each animation is usually on the screen for a month and then disappears. Now, for the first time they are all together in one continuous show. Pop in, pop out, watch as many as you like.
